Part One: From Sea to Salt

Vast seas of water open toward mankind. Layers of surging waves keep giving salt of life as a gift. Boiling the sea water into salt has helped human beings get rid of unconsciously taking in salt. As the understanding of the sea water and its related natural phenomena developed, ancient salt workers constantly updated technologies to improve the production and quality, which have gone through several times of technical innovations that includes “make brine from seawater”, “build pans to boil salt”, “dry the sea water in the sun”, which represent the national spirit of industry, bravery, wisdom and innovation.
